helloAGAIN! :-)

well hello all! i am getting in MAJOR trouble for not posting, so here we go! lots has been going on, but i'm going to start with the end of the trip pictures from when the barfields were here. there are too many too precious not to share!

the first is a picture of the two babies gazing in to the above ground pool that mom and dad have on their back porch :-). such sweet bottoms!

i think mom caught this picture and i just LOVE it! their faces are just priceless!

ok, and here we go with 4th of july pictures. oh, we did have a good time didn't we girlies??? here is jason with his entourage of fireworks... wow there were a lot!!!

this is the scene before the fireworks began...

and here are all the bigger ones with the sparklers...

and this one is going to take your breath away... kudos to dd for such a wonderful shot! muri, don't you LOVE it???

while they were here, leigha celebrated her spiritual birthday and we had a little celebration for her!!!

and just a sweet picture of the two "littles" as anna b, leigha, and i called them...

we also got to visit with a favorite childhood pal of jason's - tom gregory, and his family - while we were in BG. what a sweet, sweet family they are and how fun to see tom in the father role. here is a pic of us all!

ok, and, if any of you are wondering about the song selection, well, it became the theme song for the summer. we all watched the movie RV and there is this funny scene where the mom is singing this song... it just stuck and now even reed and sarakate know the words and the rhythm. i just love it! and yes, once you hear it, you will be singing it over and over and over in your mind. so, please, no mean comments about it b/c it is dear to our hearts :-).

we truly did have the best summer ever - everyone enjoyed each other and there were such tears when we had to take them to the airport. i am so thankful to steve for letting us have them for so long, so thankful that dd was willing to fly back across country with four children, alone, and so thankful that we are a family that totally enjoys each others company. thank you dd for letting us love on our girls, and yes, spoil them too. it means sooooo much!

I'm so glad you got the music to work for you. It made me crack up! Of course, I will now have the song stuck in my head, but it is a great reminder of you guys.
